كما فرضت اداء غرامة تعادل 10 الاف جنيه لكل واحد منهما. و ذلك بسبب كونهما متهمان باستغلال فيديو غناء و رقص للراقصة المعروفة ” لورديانا”، بهدف الربح.
و كان مقطع الفيديو الذي كان سبب في ادانته بالحبس لسنة يتجلى في اغنية انتي معلمة.
اطلقت اغنية انتي معلمة تحت اداء حمو بيكا قبل سنة في الحساب الرسمي لعمر كمال و بلغت المشاهدة 74 مليون مشاهدة الى يومنا هذا.
و قد صدرت المحكمة تحت اشراف المستشار أحمد حسين الحداد قرار براءة لورديانا في هذه القضية.
و تلقى المدانون ثلاث تهم بخصوص الاخلال باخلاق الناس، بالاضافة الى استعمال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي و الانترنيت في نشر الفساد. و قد تم نشر الفيديو الذي يعرض الراقصة المشهورة و هي ترقص في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي قصر تحقيق ارباح منه، و الذي كان تحت عنوان ” انتي معلمة “.
و قد شرعت فعاليات القضية، بعد استلام نيابة الشؤون التجارية و المالية في الاسكندرية، ملفا قضائيا يوجه تهمة ل3 بالمشاركة في نشر الفيديو عن طريق مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، و استخدامهم للانترنيت مع المس باخلاق المجتمع، الامر الذي جعل قضيتهم قضية راي عام تدخل بالاداب العامة للمجتمع، قصد كسب اموال طائلة بعد ارتفاع المشاهدات. و قدم في المحضر الحسابات و الصور الشخصية للمتهمين، التي تم من خلالها نشر مقاطع الفيديو بهدف تحقيق ارباح عالية، حيث تم تقديمه الى المحكمة الاقتصادية بالاسكندرية، و اصدار حكم سابق الذكر.
