ناسا تكشف عن مجرة جديدة حلزونية على بعد 30 مليون سنة ضوئية.
في اكتشاف جديد، قامت وكالة ناسا بنشر صورة جديدة في بيان رسمي لمجرة حلزونية الشكل تبعد على بعد 30 مليون سنة ضوئية عن الأرض.
أوضحت الشركة أن تلك المجرة والتي سمتها الوكالة “ميسييه 96” تقع ضمن كوكبة الأسد، ويمكن رؤيتها بشكل مثالي خلال فصل الربيع، حيث تعد المرة جزء من مجموعات مجرات اكتشفتها الوكالة وموجودة باسم “إم 96” وفقاً لصحيفة نيويورك بوست.
كما أوضح التقرير أن “ميسييه 96” تتأثر بقوة جاذبية المجرات القريبة منها، وان حجمها يتطابق مع مجرة درب التبانة مع وجود كميات كبيرة من رواسب الغبار بها.
